Is this jelly oily by any chance? if it's not it could simply be the build up of algae/fungus and its coming from your condensate line which is pretty normal.

this is referred to in the trade as "slime mold" you can but "tablets" and pads that are installed into your drain pan that contain biocides that will help inhibit the growth this is usually accomplished at the beginning of the cooling season and the pads and tabs are time released to allow for control for the duration of the season.Most HVAC supply houses will carry these and you can ask ofr "pan tabs"

change engine oil every 6000kms and a oil filter every third oil change and no problem ,this jelly is caused by not changing oil often enough so warm up engine and then drain some out then add about a litre of diesel and a good squirt of fairy liquid washing up stuff then run engine on idle for half hour and then drain it out ,refill with new oil filter and use a the cheapest diesel/petrol oil for a turbo engine you can find and use this all the time none of this fancy long life stuff but the cheapest you can get and this will keep the inside of the engine clean and make it last for ever.
