Question about Xerox Office Equipment & Supplies
Have you ever cleaned the feed rollers?
This commonly overlooked item of simple maintenance can help resolve many paper feed/jam issues.
After you remove trhe rollers, use warm water and a mild soap solution (never alcohol), wash the grime from the rubber tire surfaces then clean again with just a water dampened rag (get all soap residue off !). Completely dry both feed rollers. Dry with a lint free rag..... an old clean tee-shirt works good for all cleaning and drying tasks.
Please let me know how this works out for you.
If you unable to fix that issues, please call, I can help you out via Phone. My Number is 1800-204-4427 which is toll-free

SOURCE: Paper Jam E2 error
On this model, the fuser assembley is mounted to the machine mounts, two of them inboard and outboard.
If the fuser gear is not cracked, this fuser is driven by the white small drive gear on the machine.
This rests close the drive gear. Sometimes you can hear a thumping noise which is coming from the gear skipping over the fuser gear.
This gear needs to be replaced a very involved service process.
Call Xerox for further repair if this is the case. Also behind this gear are many other gears that can cause this same problem. Very involved and time-extensive to repair even for a trained Xerox technition.

try cleaning the microswitches. it may also have a sensor and if the little plastic piece that crosses between them has broken off it will throw codes. mine is ok so i cant say for sure but you can try to glue a suitable piece in there to trick the printer if thats the case or bypass the sensor. just a few suggestions from my experience with electronics
sensor is kind of this: gap is where the plastic part is supposed to go in between.
