SOURCE: i have a traveller 4 mobility scooter that sudenly

Hi! Looks pretty much a control switch failure. The circuit wire may be grounded or on the circuit board itself. You will need to have it checked by an electrician for this requires an on hand fixing. Hope this helps and have a good one!

Why doesn't it move or do anything?

Mobility Scooters have a freewheel lever that allows you to push the scooter by hand instead of under power. the Freewheel lever must be in drive for the scooter to be driven under power. it is located under the seat or back right side of the scooter.
note: There are a couple scooters out there that have electrically operated freewheel feature, those are rare.

I have just purchased a new Little Gem2 mobility scooter which appears to work fine until I sit on the seat ,then there is a series of beeps followed by 5 single beeps. Can you please help

Make sure that the scooter is not in freewheel (the freewheel lever at the rear of the chair needs to be in drive position) If you can push the scooter easily then its in freewheel mode If you have the owners manual check to see if they have the beeps codes listed and look for the code you aare getting if you don't have the manual try the manufacturers website to download one Hope this helps

check the freewheel lever on th rear of the chair near the right rear wheel if you can push the scooter easily then you are in freewheel locate the lever and move it to the drive mode and try to drive the scooter again if it still won't move then you have other problems that can only be checked by a service tech Hope this helps
