Could be anything but check the internal power supply first.

SOURCE: TV was working fine. Shut it off, all power went,

Hello,
ok you have done almost everything you can do with a no power on Tv problem, if you have the tech background you could try using a volt meter to see if the TVs power supply is getting the power it needs or if there is a lose wire on the power supply.

Also id check the warranty of This TV if you are within the warranty i could not take the back of the TV off if you are out of the TV warranty try opening the back of the TV and using a volt meter to test the power and check for any lose wires.

if you need anymore help let me know also please Rate

Take the modem and plug it into a GFCI outlet. You can find one in the bathroom or the kitchen.

If the power light comes on solid green and the dsl comes on red then the modem is good. Was it plugged into a power strip by the computer? If so, plug it straight into a wall outlet.

If the power light comes on solid red then the modem has hardware failure. I would contact your ISP and have them replace it if it is still underwarranty.

No picture, sound and flashing red power light...

Pull off the back pressboard. At the bottom left hand corner is the power cord that attaches to the power supply board. There is a white plug that attaches directly to the power cord. With the TV power off, pull this white plug up to disconnect. Then push it back in. Then plug your TV back in and press the power button on the front of the TV. I just did this and it is working fine.
