The key part of the error message is "permission denied", so it is one of two things.
It is either exactly that, you need to log into the server and set the permissions to "Read, Write, Execute" in the everybody group, OR there is something on that line of code that the browser security finds unsafe. You can test that out by setting your security real low for just a moment to try again, if you are sure it is safe to do so.

BlackBerry Tour: How to change app permissions

Every app that you install on your BlackBerry Tour has a set of permissions that tell it what functions or information it can or can't access. For personal, business, or security reasons, you may at some point want to modify your apps' permissions. Below is the procedure for changing app permissions on a BlackBerry Tour.

From the main screen, press the BlackBerry button (to the left of the trackball) to bring up the Home folder. Scroll down to Options (the wrench icon) and select it. From the Options menu, select Applications.

On the Applications screen, you can view three different categories of apps: Third Party, Add-ons, and Core apps. Select the type of app that you want to modify, and all of the apps of that type will appear in a list.

From the list, scroll down to the app that you're looking for and highlight it, then click the BlackBerry button. Select Edit Permissions, and you'll see a list of all of the permission categories for that app and what they are currently set to. You can modify any of the individual permissions however you want; for example, you could allow USB connections for a specific app while denying Bluetooth connections.

Be aware when modifying app permissions that certain apps will require certain permissions to function. For example, a GPS program probably won't be able to function if you deny it the permission for Location Data. Some core apps -- like BlackBerry Messenger -- won't even allow you to edit their permissions.

Your BlackBerry has a default permissions configuration that it applies to new apps, and you can modify this default permission list as well. To change default permissions, click the BlackBerry button from inside an app's permissions and choose Edit Defaults, or click the BlackBerry button when in the prior Applications screen and select Edit Default Permissions.

No space for new apps

· 1.Check if you really have sufficient storage free.

Ifstorage is free enough

then
· 2.Clear the app chache data with the clean master app or the included cleaning app forjunk data cleaning.

Can also bedone by using adb bridge (Search on the net you will surely get something onstackoverflow.com).

If thisdoes not solve your problem.

Then try this:
· 3. (This solved my problem)

Usuallythe default install location in android is set to automatic. If for any reasonif it is change to something else it can be problematic like you experienced.

Setting up ADB (required)
->get you phone connected to a pc over the USBcable provided (Make sure you have your proper driver installed [usually it'sinstalled])).
->Turn the "debugging mode on"through the settings (You can search over the internet it's easy)
->download the adb_inteface.rar tool andextract it somewhere.
->open command prompt. Change the currentdirectory to where you extracted the adb.exe and all files from the attachment.
->type
adb devices

:
if it returns with last line like this

List of devices attached
cfcd5eec device

This means you have successfully set up theinterface.

Running Commands
->check the default storage location bytyping on the command prompt:

adbshell pm get-install-location

If it results something like:

open: Permission denied
open: Permission denied
2[external]

Or

open: Permission denied
open: Permission denied
1[internal]

This means it may be a problem which forces the Android OS to save on specified location 1 for internalstorageand 2 forexternal storage.

You may fix this by running the following command:

adb shell pm set-install-location 0

here 0 means automatic storage depending on the storage space availability.

Meanwhile you may get messages like:
open:Permission denied
open: Permission deniedYou can ignore this.

this is probably because your phone is notrooted.

Hope this is useful.

Permission denied

Might be it requires a admin rights, or the link has a security in it, for which you are getting this message error.
