Problem for Jenn-Air JJW8230D Electric Double Oven

F1 display and beeping

It flashes "F1" on the display and beeps. Then we press the cancel button and it stops, then does is again within 5 minutes. We have turned off the breaker, that was the only way to make it stop.

F1 Power to element relay energized during time of day display.
1. Wiring harness shorted.
2. Or change power relay board (PRB).

Note: for double ovens, change second oven board.
