Nokia 6300 will not power on, its the phone how can i fix it.

Well, before you start troubleshooting with your Nokia 6300, remove the battery and check whether it's working or not, you can try with your tongue, if it has no fault, you'll feel the sour taste of the DC current, if not, then the battery is the problem, it needs a replacement. But before you replace it, check with another battery of same type, (you can use your friends mobile battery), and see how it works with your phone. Clean the battery Terminal Tip (- and +) with rubber (pencil eraser), and clean the battery connector of your mobile as well. If all these don't show any positive results, check whether your phone is hotter as compared to normal temperature, particularly behind the battery case. If it's so, get help from a technician. Sometimes, it can be easily fixed with all these tips, but sometimes, you can never repair it anyhow, when the power IC is dead. You can check using a mobile flashing software (which is available at the mobile repairing shop) if it's booting with it or not. Give it a try and Good luck....and do let me know so that i can help you better next time..

My Nokia 5800 friezed on white screen with NOKIA logo. Nothing further

Thats not a big deal. Your mobile software has gone crazy. You just need to re-install it. Take it to a mobile repair shop and he will re-install the software. Before that there's a layman's fix. Three seconds magic. Switch off your mobile. Take out the battery. re-insert your battery. switch on your mobile. don't put the back cover on. wait for 3 seconds. with a **** bring out the battery while it is booting. and again restart the mobile. now your mobile should boot properly or else you have to take it to the repair shop.

Screen has black lines all through it.

T-Mobile walked me through removing the battery for a minute or two then did a master boot. It didn't help, so because the damage indicator (a small sticker under the battery) was white, they are replacing the phone under warranty. If the sticker had been red, it would cost $390 to replace the phone. Thanks. T-Mobile. They were great to work with.
