Question about saniflo"" turboflush toilet"
It stopped working when power came back after an unrelated powercut. I have dismantled and reassembled it and there are no blockages etc. Update: It turns out the issue was the power to the pump. There was enough residual current to power the LED in the pump switch, but not the pump itself. Rewired a faulty socket on that circuit and all working now.
a 6ya Repairman can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

self activating - the pipe work is blocked and the saniflo is trying to emty (microswitch activated). as the outlet is blocked so effluent will be forced back - in this case up into the pan. Messy job- drain down remove clean clear blockages refit.

If you flush the toilet at least 3 times and water does not back up on the toilet then is working. In case the pump fails the pump will fill up about 3 to 4 gallons of water before it overflows or backs up. You can also try disconnecting the discharge pipe off the discharge elbow and place a bucket at the end of the discharge elbow and flush the toilet into the bucket, if water is discharged into the bucket then is working properly.

The first thing I would do is to make sure the discharge line is not plugged or the check valve hanging up in the closed position. Then I would remove the pump and check the impeller to see if it still firmly attached to the pump shaft and that the vanes are in good shape. If the impeller is damaged then it can be replaced. Otherwise if you know that all the drain lines are clear make sure that the impeller inlet in clear.
If you cannot find anything else wrong then you may have to replace the pump but I would try the least expensive thing first. Thank you and good luck.

SOURCE: The when macerator is filled the motor just turns but no water pumped out, no blockages ibn outlet pipe, could it be diaphram or microswitch, the other clue is if i kick the macerator not too forcibly
Sounds like it's jamed with something the macerator cannot process.
