I have a panasonic PT-50LC14 and the lamp has gone out. How do you install a new lamp?

Take off the front lower panel and there should be a square like casing with a knob that points to the lock position, turn the knob to unlock and slowly slide out casing. Clean any debree inside the T.v. and Slowly slide new lamp in and turn knob to lock and replace lower panel of T.V and turn power on and it should work like new again!

It is possible if over two thousand hours of use or two years, I would suggest at least removal and inspection to see if lamp shattered.

Where is the lamp housing for the Panasonic


Hi,

The lamp housing is located behind the front cover panel.When you open the front panel you can access the lamp unit screw.

Lamp reset on a panasonic model pt-50lc14-k


This works for mos Panasonics

Turn on Power
Pres and hold the "vol-" button on the front of unit and the "split" key on the remote together for over 5sec.

Screen should say " Lamp time was reset to 0"

Panasonic pt-50lc14 lamp needs replaced.


You will find this very easy. Take the front panel off. It just pops off. Two screws..one on the out side door and one inside the door. You can do it from there. Oh yea put the back of the Tv back together....lmao.
