How to register password of voice mail


Reset Voice Mail Passwois method is used to change your Voice Mail password for all types of Voice Mail (Basic, Premium, Visual, etc.)
  1. Press *611 then press SEND (airtime is free).
    Alternatively, call (800) 922-0204 (toll free) from any phone to reach the automated customer service menu.
  2. Listen to the instructions then when prompted say "Reset voicemail password".
  3. If prompted, enter the requested information for security verification.
  4. Follow the prompts to reset the password.
    The password can't have repeating digits (e.g., 1111) or consecutive digits (e.g., 1234).
Through the My Verizon app:
  1. Navigate: Apps > My Verizon.

The only way to rest ypur voice.ail password is to contact your service providers help line. After they verify your account they will do the reset to default.

Use the admin password for mailbox 999 and choose option 4. It lets you reset any voice mail password.

Forgot voice mail password


generally the only way to reset the password is to contact your service provider. It is all stored on their system and they can likely reset the password. The voicemail system doesn't reside on your phone, you just connect to it.
