I had the same problem a while ago you need to set the "key stores" password you do this by going to options select security the select key stores and when your in there hit the blackberry button on your keypad and then select "change password" then enter your password you want then you should be good to go next time you connect your phone to your computer because you just enter that password you did there on the computer and then you're all done!

Try the following procedure, may be it can help you.
Restart computer in safe mode (direct after Bios screen as windows OS going to load press repeatedly F8 key and choose Safe Mode).
In safe mode when Welcome Screen appears you'll get option for Administrator account along with your own account. Try to login to administrator account as they are mostly not password protected. If sucessful then go to control panel ->user accounts and click to enter into password protected account. Change the password for your account. close all windows and restart in normal mode.
If the administrator account is password protected too, then go to:
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/ and read the procedure for password recovery.

There is only one way, you have to open up the computer and remove the cmos battery, it looks like a watch battery with shrink plastic around battery with a red and black wire that plugs into the motherboard, this will reset the password, it is a little secret trick, techs use, you may be able to get to the battery by removing the little back lid that is on the underside of the laptop, sometimes it is located there, if not, you need to carefully remove, pry up the plastic strip above keyboard, then you will see the few screws that attach the key board, under key board you should be able to locate battery, remove, disconnect it for 30 seconds then replace it, and you just reset password so you can get in your computer, good luck. all else fails go to best buy and you can buy a password recovery software.

SOURCE: Enter DEPT.ID & DEPT.ID Password
You will have to reset/clear the password. This WILL REMOVE all passwords setup in Dept ID Management. Go into Service mode by pressing the Additional Function key, then the 2 & 8 pressed at the same time, then Additional Function key again. Press COPIER on display, then Function ( across the top ), then CLEAR, PWD-CLR, Then Ok. You may also use the arrow keys on the display to get to PWD-CLR. Then the RESET key or maybe power down the equipment.
