Check the middle button on the side. Hold it in and raise the earpiece volume to the highest before you throw the phone away.

There is a specific download for this. Your best bet is contacting Yahoo and asking them where to find it.

In the Control Panel, double-click on Sound. Go to the Audio tab. Make sure the "Sound recording" default device is set to whatever the appropriate microphone or internal audio source should be.

It is noise when you turn the wireless mircophone on

That is called feedback. It happens if the microphone can hear the speakers. That is why it is preferred if you use earbuds or headphones when you use a mic or at least turn down the mic or turn down the speakers

I have a Microsoft LifeCam VX 700 web cam but i cant hear the person im talkig to, the sound is all distorted. they can hear me clearly

Play some sound file (song etc.) in your computer. If it sounds perfect then the problem is from the other side. ie. "the sound is all distorted" because the microphone is not properly handled by the person you are talking to or probably their mic is faulty.
