Either you are not set up to send it or the recipient is not set up to receive pictures.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Unfortunatly these phones can only send up to (usually) 128kb and recieve up to 50kb. That isn't that big but there is nothing you can change on the phone to make it work. You can resize the pics and try to resend, and have friends send you smaller pics.
This was my major issue with this phone too.

If there are too many SMS messages in your phone it will start sending all messages as MMS. All you need to do is delete some of your texts.

Did you just try to restart your iphone by turning it off like this:hold on the home button and the power button, until "slide to power off" appear and then slide to power off.
then turn it on, and try again to send your pic.is it working ?
