you need to rewrite the data please shut the company first and then press ctrl+alt+r and then select the company to rewrite data might lost not complete but few so please take the back up of the company first before doing it. The other thing you can try is to delete the tsm files from the data folder by providing in the search box *.tsm these are the temp files of tally

you are getting ur voucher in single entry mode so when u entered in to a payment/receipt/contra press F12 and say NO to the following option
"Use Single Entry mode for Payment/Rcpt/Contra" :- No
