SOURCE: Goodman split not responding to remote

First turn the main power off to the unit at the breaker, wait about five min. and switch the breaker back on, then see if this solves the problem. In the instalation manual that came with the unit on the last page you will see a code of the red blinking light, this will tell you the most likely problem if not solved by switching the breaker on again.............Hope this helps

SOURCE: Hi, I have a KSR27g split system air conditioner.

Judging by the model number, it is a Kelvinator unit. You can check if the remote works by using your phone or digital camera. When the camera is on, press a button on the remote whilst aiming the remote transmitter at the lens of your camera. If you can see a burst of light, the control works and the receiver on the indoor unit is the problem. If not, the remote is the problem.
Hope this helps

My remote only turns on an off new fedders wall ac..brand new why

Did the remote come with the AC unit? If not it may have to be reprogrammed to "see" the AC or it may not work at all. If the remote came with the AC dig out that owners manual and read what it says about the remote.
When all else fails, reading the instructions can't hurt.

Hitachi split ac ace cutout how to go to standby mode

Its very simple to remove that red light glowing on the AC, just switch-off your AC with your remote, but don't turn off the switch that resides with in the plug, remove filters wash gently and dry under shade and place them again in the AC, now keep it without turning-off the switch for 30-60minutes this is called stand by mode. Now take the remote open the panel and press the button that is situated in 4th row and 3rd column. By doing this the red light will be turned off and enjoy your AC.

Hello my problem is that my lg ac is not automatically starting when power comes back .please tell me solution how ac can turns on after electricity comes back .thanks

Hi,
Unfortunately there is no way to make it come on after the power outage without physically pushing the "on" button on the remote or the indoor unit.

It is a big problem with many on the split type A/C units.

We have LG spilt AC unit and the remote was last. if there is any setting in the AC unit for to ON the AC unit without remote?

There will be manual butting near the display. Lift the front cover and you can see. But no option to change mode or setting temp. It's strictly advisable to buy new remote.Thanks.

No picture on tv when i turn on dvd. get split screen black & whi

Give this a try. Using your user's manual, locate the "Configuring your recorder" section. Under this section there will be "System setup - general" subsection. Being that you are unable to see anything on your tv display you will need to use your manual as your display. Press the "SETUP" key on your remote. Once again using your manual as your display, scroll down to "Restore factory settings" and press "ENTER" As long as you are located in North or Central America and using interlaced video outputs you should have your normal display back.
Hope this helps.
