Unplugged tv and when plugged back in doesn't come on

Hello
If you have unpluged the TV from wall socket and it doesn't come On when you plug in back, either its power supply system or its stored memory has the trouble. Look whether the power indicator light coms on. Ensure that the main power ON/OFF switch at the front panel of the TV is ON. If the front panel power switch, control switch of your wall socket, and all the other electrical connections are OK, and still the TV doesn't come ON, surely the power inverter baord has the trouble and must be either repaired or replaced. if the power indicator light comes on, and your TV doesn't come ON by remote POWER ON button, the settigs that were stored has vanished, and resetting it to its original setting is necessary. Follow its manual for 'initial setup" and so all the recomended setting there. OK.

Not booting up

>Start with the power. Is the power cable plugged in correctly into a UPS, surge protector, power strip, or wall outlet? Is the wall outlet where the power comes from controlled by a wall switch that was turned off accidentally? Is the power strip turned on? Is the light on the UPS or power strip on, indicating that it has power? Is the power cable plugged into the back of the computer correctly? The socket on the back of the computer where the power cable goes in is part of the power supply in your PC. Some power supplies have a separate on/off switch, usually labeled 0/1. Is that switch turned on? Check the voltage - most power supplies have a switch to change between 115 and 230V - and make sure it is set correctly.

> Is the power cable for the monitor plugged in correctly? Is the monitor turned on? Is the cable from the video card to the monitor plugged in correctly? Is the video card seated properly? Take the cover off of the case, remove the video card and insert it again properly, then try again.
If everything is connected and powered up correctly, push the power button again and pay close attention: do any lights on the front of the PC blink or light up? Does the fan in the power supply start whirring? This could indicate a hardware problem. Try to think what happened right before the problem started. Did you add a new piece of hardware? If so, it might be faulty or not installed right. Remove it, then try again. If everything is fine without the hardware, try to reinstall and configure the hardware again. If that does not help, try exchanging it and see if that corrects the problem. If the error persists, narrow it down systematically. Remove everything but the CPU, memory, keyboard, and video card, then boot again. Does the error still occur? If not, then add one piece of hardware and try again. Repeat until one new component causes the error and you now know who the culprit is. If yes, then reseat your CPU, memory and video card and try again. If the error still happens, try replacing the CPU, video card and memory one by one to see if one of them is the troublemaker. If that does not help, you could have a bad motherboard. Check the motherboard carefully for any signs of damage. Also check for shorts, a metallic object could have found its way onto the motherboard, or the motherboard is not installed correctly and touches the case somewhere.

My printer will not turn on

Hi,
you can try plugging the printer to a different known working power outlet in the wall. If still not turning on, try to unplug the power supply (black box) behind the printer where the power cord is plugged in but the other end still plugged in the power outlet in the wall. The power supply should have a green indicator light on. If not, check any physical defects on the cord or the power supply itself. If on, plug it back in and make sure to plug it in correct position in the slot. Note that it can be plugged in incorrectly so just double-check the position of the power supply itself. Hope this helps.

I have a new e627 used only once before today. Battery connection was partially out and screen indicated low battery. After five minutes screen went black and now I cannot power up.

Maybe your battery is totally drained.

Try to connect the AC adaptor of your laptop and plug it to the wall outlet and let it charge for 3 hours or more. When you plug it on the wall socket, it won't show the laptop's led blinking since it was totally drained. But after 3 minutes or more, it will start to show the blinking led to indicate charging. When blinking stops led light disappears, it is fully charged and ready to use.

Remember: Do not use your laptop while it is plugged in to save your battery life. When at home, remove the battery while it is fully charged and plug the AC adaptor directly to the wall outlet. It will still work without the battery as long as it is plugged directly to the wall socket.

When the lap top logs off front light stays on

Do you still have the power cord plugged in? There are indicator light s for Battery operation, power on, hard drive activity. If you just logged off but the laptop is stillpowered on, then there will be a light indicating that. If you powered off the laptop but left it plugged into a wall outlet, then there is a chrging indicator that will stay lit.

HP DV2036ea i have a blank screen on the computer

Hello there

Description.

When pressing the notebook power button nothing is displayed on the screen or display. The cause of this problem may be a failed AC adapter, the memory modules (RAM) need to be reseated or a failed notebook system board component which will require an HP certified repair.

Below steps will assist in identifying the cause of the problem and suggest the best solution. Test the AC adapter Follow the steps below to determine whether the problem is related to the AC adapter or your notebook system board.
  1. Remove the battery and disconnect all external devices from the computer.
  2. Hold the Power button for several seconds, with all power sources removed. This drains residual power from the system, and may correct many problems.
  3. Connect the AC adapter to a wall outlet and plug the other end into the computer.
  4. Press the Power button to start the notebook PC.
If the notebook does not start or the display is blank then check the power indicator light or power socket LED. Check the power indicator light or power socket LED On newer models of notebook PCs, there is an LED or indicator light around the power socket on the notebook. Check to see if this light is on or off, when the notebook is plugged into AC power. The power indicator light or power socket light should turn on when the AC adapter is connected.

  • If the light does not turn on then the problem is most likely related to the AC adapter or the electrical source in your home or office. Go to the Light does not turn on section on this page.
  • If the light does turn on but the notebook does not start or the there is a blank screen then continue to the Light does turn on but the notebook does not start section on this page

The light does not turn on when the AC adapter is connected If the power indicator LED is off, the AC power adapter may need to be replaced. To determine if the AC power adapter needs to be replaced follow the steps below:
  1. Ensure that the AC adapter is plugged directly into a known working wall outlet.
NOTE: To check the wall outlet, plug in a different known working device like a light, radio etc.
  2. Check all of the following connections:
    • The connection from the power cord to the wall outlet.
    • The connection into the power adapter from the power cord.
    • The connection from the AC adapter to the notebook power socket.
  3. Press the power button again to test the notebook PC.
If the power indicator light still does not turn on, then the AC Adapter needs to be replaced. Contact HP Service and Support for further assistance. Power socket LED or power indicator light is on but the notebook does not start If notebook power indicator light (LED) is on, the AC adapter is working correctly. The problem is a result of a hardware failure in the notebook itself. In some cases, reseating the memory module (RAM) may solve the problem.
