How to change frequency step from US to Europe standard

To perform a reset, please follow steps below:

Step 1 With the unit on, place a paper clip into the hole on the back on the unit labeled Reset.



Step 2 Hold paper clip down for 10 seconds and release.

Step 3 The unit will reboot on its own. Once the WLAN light stops blinking, the unit is reset.

Resetting the router does not reset the firmware to an earlier version. It will change all settings back to factory defaults.

The DEH-P7900BT is almost identical to the DEH-P85BT sold in Europe.

This is a US model and will tune most AM/FM stations in the UK/Europe. The FM broadcast band is 87.8 to 108.0 MHz. so it will not pick up any FM stations outside this range. Also, the tuning is in odd increments (such as 96.1, 96.3, 96.5, etc.) so some stations with even frequencies will be slightly distorted, depending on the power of the signal the station generates.


I found this bit of info for you but ill keep looking and let you know what i find out.
Also have you tried it in europe to see if it does work or not let me know ok

Look in the back of the unit and you will see a RESET hole. You will need something
like a tooth-pick or something similar to fit in the hole to push in to RESET it.
Your unit will not scan unless there are more than one(1) frequency in it.
Try to PROGRAM more than one(1) in it.
You can get your frequency,s here www.RadioReference.com .
Here are the steps to follow. STEP 1. Press PROG.
STEP 2. Select the channel you want to store the frequency in and press PROG.
STEP 3. Use the number keys to enter the frequency including the DECIMAL (./DELAY) point.
STEP 4. Press ENT to store the frequency.

there is no way to change the to europe frequency ... unless the manufactur has made it that way .. and sells the same unit in us and europe

When it says hold for about 10 seconds, don't hold for more than ten seconds or the procedure will likely fail, if ten seconds doesn't work try 5 seconds
