The SIM card needs to be replaced.

Contact your provider to have it replaced.

If you are on Cingular/AT&T, you can go to aT&T's website to fill out a form and get the SIM unlock code for yourself. I dont know about the other carriers. Remember some carriers may NOT use SIM cards.
