I have a Gateway ZX4250 p.c. It has USB ports only. How do i connect it to my T.V. that only has HDMI ports??

This monitor may not have built-in speakers. It may have supported Gateway's monitor mounted sound bar. That sound bar connected to the 3.5 mm audio out on a computer and a DIN port on the monitor.

The simplest solution is to connect your source to appropriate speakers. Depending on your audio setup, you could connect the video source to a receiver with HDMI IN and HDMI Out (ARC), computer speakers or an audio extractor. (If you are using an HDMI cable between the Gateway LP2417 and a computer, you may need to reset the audio output to use basic computer speakers (3.5mm jack).) VGA and DVI connections don't support audio so I assume you are using the HDMI port.

It it has an hdmi port on the computer, then it will work with a compatible monitor or lcd tv with HDMI. If it does not have an HDMI Port, then you will have to use some type of signal converter to get it to work with the other units.

either way hdmi will be the easiest otherwise u have to buy a new cable for vga and go hdmi on tv

Sort of depends on the TV connections? Your laptop specs list a VGA prot and a HDMI port. What does the TV have? HDMI? VGA? Do you have the cables? Does your TV have a USB port? If so, you can put the Movie on USB. Does your TV have a Wireless Adapter? If so, you can add/share your videos from a Home Network. There are option but without the TV info, I can't give a informed solution.

i have a vizio hd tv myself, and i can connect my pc's to it if i have the correct cables. my tv is not internet capable but if it was and you have wireless you should be able to do it without cables. if your pc has hdmi port and your tv has hdmi port that would be the easiest way. else look at tv for a pci connection and get a usb/pci cable to connect the two.

if you go to device manager and look under disk drives you should see your hard drive and card reader. If you right click on card reader you can disable it.

Are you sure you have four hdmi ports? I have only one hdmi port and three usb ports. Be sure you are connected to the hdmi port and for some reason not a usb port.
