SOURCE: Set Clock

This clock has 2 alarms to set Alarm 1, switch alarm 1 to the "set" position and make sure alarm 2 is pushed to the "off" "radio" or "cathedral" position, press and hold the "alarm" button on top while pressing the "f.fwd" or "rev" button to set the alarm....to set Alarm 2, do the opposite of the set buttons and repeat...to set the time just hold the time button down while pressing "f.fwd" or "rev"...hope that wasn't too confusing.

How to set presets on nelsonic clock radio nlc 618

To set this alarm first ensure that when you press the Mode button several times the FM/AM radio does not turn on . If the FM or AM radio does turn on or the lcd displays "AU" press the Power button that is next to the Mode button 1 time (pressing the Power button toggles you between 2 settings). You should now be able to press the Mode button at least 3 times without the FM/AM Radio turning on.

Next you press and hold the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button and (while continuing to hold down one of the Alarm buttons) press the Hour or Min buttons to set the time of whichever alarm button you are holding down.

When you have the alarm time set you can release the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button and press the same button (do not hold the button down this time) to cycle between the types of alarms you can use. You will see the blue circle indicator move between Buzz and Radio when pressing the buttons (Blue circle on left side is for Alarm 1 and blue circle on right side is for Alarm 2). There is a third option as well but I'm not sure what the alarms will do if you set them to it because the blue circle indicator disappears entirely after cycling to Buzz and then Radio.

Hope that helps!

I have the emerson smartset clock radio. model cks1702. i need the mannuel so i can set it to go off through the week

There are several SmartSet clock Radios by Emerson. Which model do you have?

It's possible that you have alarm 1 and alarm 2 both set for weekends (if a two-alarm version). For the SmartSet radio, CKD5811, that I am used to, you can change the alarm mode between Everyday, Weekdays and Weekends. Press and hold the Alarm 1 (or Alarm 2) button then press the Alarm Mode button to toggle between the modes. Then release both buttons. If you press the Alarm 1 button, you will see the current alarm mode indicated by the indicators by the day that are lit. The Alarm Mode button is between the On/Off button and the Alarm 1 and 2 buttons on the CKD5811. Make sure that you have the Wake to Radio, Wake to Buzzer or Wake to CD slide set for the alarm in question. For Wake to Radio, set your station. For Wake to CD, make sure that the CD in the unit is one that actually plays in the unit (scratches, etc). Also check the volume (although that seems like less of a concern since it does wake you on weekends).

The manual for the CKD5811 is here:
http://www.emersonradio.com/resources/owner_manuals/manual_1312917117.pdf . Additional manuals are here: http://www.emersonradio.com/owner_manuals.php . Scroll down in the drop down menu for the SmartSet manuals (clock radios all start CKD). The manuals are in alphabetical order.

I hope this helps.

all the days for a few seconds indicating the alarm is not set
and the alarm will not be activated.
If you would like to be awoken to the station you are presently
listening to press alarm button 1 or 2 for more then 2 seconds.
This allows the station you are listening to be stored into

Cannot turn off the alarm on my RCA clock radio rp5430

Look at the display. Look for a number 1 or a number 2 to determine which alarm is on. If you see a number 1, push the 1 button on the top right side of the alarm clock until the number light goes off (1 or 2 times, depending on whether it is set to beep or radio alarm). When the number is not lit up, the alarm is off.

Lost manual for a timex t307s

Setting the Alarm 1 for AM/FM Radio
1. Press and hold the 2 Radio Alarm 1 Button. The display will flash and the Radio Alarm Indicator will appear. If
you do not begin setting the time within ten seconds of pressing the button, the display will stop flashing and you will
need to press the 2 Radio Alarm 1 Button again.
2. While the display flashes, press the 1 Reverse and 6 Forward Buttons to set the wake time. Hold a button for a few
seconds to set the time rapidly. Be sure to set the correct AM/PM time, as shown by the PM Indicator.
3. After setting the radio alarm time, while the display is still flashing you will need to select the station. First, press the
L Mode/DST Button to select a radio frequency. Next, select a station using the M Memory Set 1-6 Buttons. For
more information on programming radio stations into memory, see the Programming Radio Station Settings section of
this manual. Rotate the O Volume Thumbwheel to set the wake sound volume.
4. After setting the radio alarm wake time and sound, you will need to select the 7-5-2 setting. The 7-5-2 setting lets you
set the alarm for a full week, weekdays only, or the weekend. Before setting the alarm, be sure that the correct date
is set, as shown in the “Auto-Set” and Manual Time and Date Settings section of the manual. While the display is still
flashing, press the 9 Date/7-5-2 Button until the desired setting is shown.
5. After you have set the radio alarm wake time, sound, and 7-5-2 setting, press the 4 Enter Button. The Radio Alarm
Indicator
will appear on the display, showing that the radio alarm has been set.
Setting Alarm 2 for Nature Sounds/Buzzer
1. Press and hold the 7 Nature Sounds/Buzzer Alarm 2 Button until the Alarm 2 settings and Sounds Alarm
Indicator appear on the display.
2. Press the 1 Reverse or 6 Forward Button to set the Alarm 2 time.
3. Use the L Mode/DST Button to select a nature sound or the buzzer to wake to. There is a choice of five sounds:
Sound #1: Ocean Surf
Sound #2: Birds
Sound #3: Brook
Sound #4: Wind Chimes
buz: Buzzer
4. See Note #4 in the Setting Alarm 1 section for instructions on setting the 7-5-2 alarm setting for Alarm 2.
5. After you have programmed the Alarm 2 settings, press the 4 Enter Button or wait ten seconds to return to the clock
display. The Sounds Alarm Indicator will appear on the display, showing that the alarm is set.

Alarm

The 'mazda' setting is supposed to look like an analog clock, and that's for setting the time. The key position puts the clock in operating mode, as opposed to clock set or alarm set modes.

I've only had the clock for a day, but if you want the alarms to shut off and alarm again the next day, use the OFF switch on the top right of the unit. If you want to disable the alarms completely, use the 1 and 2 buttons behind the OFF switch to cycle each alarm through the settings: none, bell, music (radio)
