Hi
Log in to eBay, and go to "MyEbay" (top left of page) This should display your landing page and a list of things on the left hand side should include a link to your "Purchase History". I f you click here it will show your recent and less recent purchases and you can select the tie range over which to view your purchases
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers
If you are still having problems with ebay try clearing all your history cookies and cache files in tools options browsing history of you internet browser. If this does not work it may be your anti virus that is blocking it for some reason got into it and check your blocked sites and see if it is in it if so remove it and add ebay to your trusted sites. Still having problems give ebay a call and see if they can help you at 8665403229 9-10PST 7days a week
- I suggest you first clear browsing history. Clearing browsing history varies from the browser you are using: If you are using Internet Explorer (go to Tools>Delete Browsing History)For Firefox( click on the Firefox tab> History>Clear Recent History) - Restart the browser and try to access ebay again. If you can access other websites(google.com, yahoo.com, etc) but not ebay try to flush dns. Flushing dns will make the system recheck and refresh the DNS cache on your computer. - Since the computer keeps address's of the websites you visit, it remembers the route and IP address of a specific website, if that changes and your computer still goes to the old route that's when you get a problem with opening the website, so the way to refresh your computer's DNS is to clear DNS cache.1. Go to Start then type CMD on the search box. 2. When the black screen appears(command prompt), type in ipconfig /flushdns then press Enter on the keyboard. Restart your browser then try to access ebay.
