The default code is 12345. That is if you did not change and forgot it. If forgotten then re-installing the firmware is the only answer. Go to the nearest Nokia Care.

Default security code for all nokia handsets is 12345. If you have already changed that and forgot your new one go to this link. http://nfader.su/index.php Give your imei number there. If you don't have your imei number call *#06# from your mobile. You will get a master security code. With this you can reset your password. Try this.
