Usually refilling a phone does not change the apn settings, so you must check it to see if there has been any changes, this what it allows you to access the internet and mms.

Cellular phone are down in your area.
Nearby electronics are interfering with your cellular service.
Your sim card is damaged (check with different phone)
Your service has been interrupted.
If you are transferring service/sim cards, you need to restart your phone.
Contact Straight talk from a land line (1-877-430-2355) to troubleshoot your phone.

It may not be unlimited plan ..You will be getting messages for $15 at one cent per message...
