You have to do the research as there is insufficient information for advice
what is the % return per annum , what are guaranteed assets , what is on lease , what does the prospectus report , is there a stead profit history , is the investment on some one else recommendation ( salesman friend , relation etc) can you afford to give away that amount if all of the information is false, where did the offer come from ( your approach or unsolicited offer ( scam )

NPV of extending credit) The Salt Lake Ski Company wants to make a $200,000 credit purchase from your firm. Your investment in the credit sale is 70% of the amount of the sale. You estimate that Salt Lake has a 95% probability of paying you on time, which is in three months, and a 5% probability of paying nothing.
