Just singed up to Hoobly, but my account had be suspended and I needed to add another email? I did this and verified from that email. But, the same page keeps coming. How do I get access?

you need to verify you bank account to be able to send money... paypal will send a small amount of money into your bank with a reference against it.. you will need to key this reference number back into paypal to authorise the bank account.
if you have online banking you should be able to do this in a few minutes. if you dont have online banking you will have to wait until you bank statements are sent to you.
