Can you put deep fryer parts in dish washer?

This depends on the construction, you can sometimes wash the oil tub in a dishwasher but if it is made of aluminum then it is not suitable for use in a dishwasher, if it is stainless steel you can wash in a dishwasher.

Can you remove the bucket (part that holds the oil) on a CF153 ?

It should come out, because you may have to replace it one day. You may find the screws for it on the bottom side of the vat. Does it not have a spout at the bottom of it ?

Taking out the oil?

I am almost positive that you will have to lift the whole thing to empty the fryer. It looks as if it is one whole piece.

How do I remove the portion that holds the oil to clean?

If I remember correctly, the manual that came with mine said that it is not removable. Pour out the oil and wipe the interior with a paper towel. (I wish it were removable!)
