For Windows XP drivers, the last supported through Dell, try one of the three listed here:
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/product/optiplex-sx280

Change the Operating System to "MS Windows XP" and the Category to "Video".

This discussion suggests that Windows Update will get you working drivers after a Windows 7 install:

How do I make my Dell Optiplex SX280 wireless?

Just the wireless router I'm pretty sure it comes with all you need. Ask the store rep about this when you buy it, they will know which one you are buying, and what goes with that is not included. It should have a cd which you insert, and then follow directions given.

If you can think and look logically, you will be able to replace your current drive with a standard notebook drive, mostly called slimline.
open the case by pressing the two knobs at the side and lift it upwards. The unit clicks out easily, the removal of the flat cable and power connector needs a bit of patience, and you have to unscrew the drive from the bracket after that. I think you can get a drive for some $50,-5015338.jpg
