Hello, i have a gaggia paros coffee machine and no water is coming through the brew head instead it is going back into the resevoir. Thanks.

This happened to mine. I think that it gets blocked with limescale. I solved this by running a solution of citric acid through the system (available in the baking aisle of the supermarket). To start with nothing came through, but I left it on and tried running water every 10 minutes and eventually it started to run again. NB it takes a long time to flush out all the citric acid, my first few coffees have a lemon flavour!

Hi, My Gaggia Classic is not working. No water

try to clean the group shower which it can be ansrew by one cetrer screw and if you can you can open the machine and remove to clean also the coffee group solenoid valve. Bothe the valve and shower can be full of dry coffee that can blocked the way of water coming to the grounded coffee.
If you manage to clean everything above and the machine work ok so from now on in order to avoid the problem again try to flush water from the group many times without any coffee. With this is like you wash the group shower and valve from any remai coffee.
Good luck

We took our Paros on vacation and before we left it worked perfectly well. Now when I turn on the machine, water doesn't move from the reservoir into the boiler. It was moved in the original packing box...

When you try to make espresso, does the water trickle back into the tank? Can you push water through the steam wand, ie get hot water out? If 'yes' to these, most likely the group head is blocked, probably limescale. I used citric acid when this happened to mine. not sure if it was good for the pipes, but it got my Paros working again.

My gaggia evolution leaks water while making coffee .It appears to be coming from inside the machine and leaks everywhere.I have disassembled the machine but i still can 't see where the water is coming...

There are many possible points that the leak can be.

All points of the water supply from water tank to the pressure pump then to boiler and finally to coffee group. All this are connected together with plastic or Teflon pipes with easy fit unions secure with clips

The high pressure water doesn't come out the lower part where you put the filter on. It has worked during years and now i suppose it is blocked by calcium. I could separate the lower block of the boiler,...

have a look at; http://www.partsguru.com/user/Paros%20parts%20diagramER0043_01%20Rev01.pdf which will show you the screws to undo. If you remove the entire boiler, be careful with the coffee temperature switch on the side of the boiler. Best not to remove it, but if you do, don't tighten it too much, otherwise it'll snap off.
