Question about Televison & Video
You need to change capacitors 2079 and 2080 with 1000 uf, 50 volt caps. The caps are on the power board at the top as you view the unit from the rear. Also...as the other fella said....if you see any capacitors that are bulged out on top replace them with the same value micro-farads ( uf ) but a higher voltage rating. barneyluc

Replace the 2200mf 16volt caps on the power supply , they are located on the power board mounted inside the shield (can) be careful of the wires running to the rear jack when removing the back. remove the screws then pop the edge loose , peek inside and disconnect wires to back, remove shield cover , then power board and flip it over to see if any capacitors are swollen replace as needed (soldered in) they must go in + and - facing as they were.
