SOURCE: My eureka multicycloning upright won't turn on.

There's a thermo-switch in the motor that cuts out if the motor gets too hot. If you wait 30 minutes it should reset and the vacuum can be turned back on.
If it doesn't reset after 30 minutes, your only recourse is to take it to a Eureka authorized service center for repair, or call Eureka at 1-800-282-2886.

First thing to check your pwr lead is working properly .check your pwr lead continuity from the 3 pin plug to the machine terminals inside the machine in case you have a break in the cable somewhere.

Eureka Airspeed wont start

It could be a bad power switch. Do you have a continuity checker or a meter that measures resistance? Put it across the blades of the plug when it is not plugged in and see if the continuity or resistance changes when you click the switch.

Eureka multicyclonic keeps turning off

Start by replacing the filters. If it's clogged the motor will shut off because it gets hot
