Question about Televison & Video
It seems that there is a malfunction with the drive on your unit. This sometimes resets by disconnecting the power altogether from the mains supply and then powering up again. If the disk still will not run after doing this there is a component failure with either the laser lens or the drive mechanism itself.
In this case it would be advisable to purchase a new unit as the cost of repair is likely to be expensive and will cost as much as purchasing a new unit.
Hope this helps. Please do rate my answer. Many Thanks.
