Some mobiles wont support all the formats. please check the formats that your mobile wil support.
even if the problem occurs after using the right format please use a proper decoder.

your mobile software is damaged you need to flash repairing your mobile at any n mobile repairing shop or nokia mobile service center. please don't forget to rating my solution.
i have a problem with my cell phone if i put my memory card often my mobile is getting restart if i remove my memory card is normal . just give a solutions for this please..........
I am sure that you mobile is effected with virus, I request you to format the phone.
Here is the steps to format the Nokia N 70 mobile.
Before formating the phone please take the backup of the contacts and messages.
Turn off the mobile.
Press and hold call button + star button + number 3 and turn on the mobile and wait until you see time settings.
Install atleast 2 Virus scan and 1 of them must be McAfee Virusscan for Mobile(latest or any version) and scan your mobile.if you found any viruses delete or quarantine them and restart your mobile,
if the problem persist
go to any mobile techncian and Flash (Reinstall Nokia Software) again.
If u have a memory card in your mobile then try removing it first.If the card has some problem then the mobile works irracticaly(eg. hangs or restarts).
