Question about Refrigerators
Had this problem under warranty and service person said that coils were dirty and should be cleaned every six months. The GE website states that the coil on my model is a sealed unit that does not need cleaning. Who's right and how do you clean the coil?
Remove the rear panel at the bottom of refrig which covers the compressor and coils . The coils should be cleaned about every 4-6 months . Place a length of 2x4 laid flat behind the fridge , to push the fridge against , as this also gives enough room for air circulation .
