remove ram and clean gold contacts, you can use either a alcohol swab or fold a piece of paper and pinch the gold contacts between the paper with your fingers, now slide the ram back and forth sliding the gold contacts between the paper, you will notice a dirty mark on the paper after doing this.reinstall ram and test.

SOURCE: how do I clear data from my RAM disk on Dell 3100cn printer

The RAM for the printer is temporary.
turn off the printer and unplug the printer from the outlet. wait for 20 sec. plug the printer in and turn it on.
you can select in the printer properties page of the printer to print immediately instead of spool and print from the last page first. that will eliminated the ob store in the RAM.

SOURCE: My ecosys fs-3900dn printer gives this error 0150:0119695

It is a "mechanical error". The part after the colon is the number of pages printed. It's probably worthwhile taking the trays, toner and cartridge out and opening all the access doors and checking for something obvious before calling in an engineer.

It means that the path the paper follows that there is either something stuck like a wrinkled or torn piece of paper in the path and needs to be removed before it can send another paper or it will keep jamming you didn’t give name of model but if it’s this one try page 4-5

Ram disk

Stangowner, In this case, the print job is too large for the available printer memory. Your choices are one of the following: Press to clear the message, cancel the current print job, and conduct the next print job, if any. · Press Cancel to cancel the current print job. · Press Menu to open the Stored Print and delete the current job. To avoid this error in the future, do the following: · Reduce the number of print pages such as splitting the print data. · Increase free memory space by deleting unnecessary data in the RAM disk. As for the RAM disk: When you send a job to the printer, you can specify in the driver that you want the printer to hold the job in memory. When you are ready to print the job, you must go to the printer and use the operator panel menus to identify which job in the memory you want to print. You can use this function to print a confidential job (Secure Print), or verify one copy before printing additional copies (Proof Print). NOTE: The printer holds the job until you delete it by using the operator panel or you turn off the printer. (This is the RAM disk) NOTE: Print and Hold functions require a minimum of 320 MB available printer memory. Also, you need to configure the RAM disk settings on either the OPERATOR PANEL OR THE PRINTER DRIVER. NOTE: Depending on the documents, its job may be too big for the available memory. In this case, an error occurs. Take this link and print it out.
