The cup is stuck in my Bella Cucina Rocket and it has been sitting for a couple hours. What should I do to remove?

Turn the cog in the base a little. Sometimes it gets misaligned.

I had this exact same problem and was scratching my head why would that happen all of a sudden. After taking it completely apart (which I didn't need to), I realized in the end that the cup rim was stuck at the bottom of the blender base. It looked like a part of the base what got me confused the first place. The base of the blender is flat with no ridges around; check if this is the same problem with yours.

I had the same problem. Put the entire thing in the refrigerator for 24 hours so the plastic can shrink back down to the right size. Basically it got overheated and the plastic cup expanded. That's what the service people told me to do, and I'm in the process of trying that out! Hope it works, and good luck!

The low profile blade is a grinding blade for nuts, coffee beans, spices, etc.

Hi! I just had the same problem and actually called the service number that came with the rocket blender. The lady on the phone said that the plastic cup must have expanded (from heat), and to stick it in the refrigerator for 24 hours until the plastic shrinks back down to normal. After the 24 hours the cup should be able to come off. Kind of makes sense, but I hope it works!

I had the same problem, so I contacted their customer service at (866) 832-4843.
I was informed they don't replace that part anymore.
