The service tech should do this. The 7435 should be less than 3 months old, and Xerox should fix it. If you bought it from Global, or another company that does not actually employ Xerox technicians, try appealing to them, but I cannot tell you for sure what the outcome will be. Buying from an authorized agency ensures that you can use your "Total Satisfaction Guarantee".

it is the code for fuser heat control problem. Usually, the unit has its airflow restricted try moving the unit or cleaning it to see if the problem clears

Cannot get new cyan toner for 7435 to be recognized.. may of been changed before asked for by machine... not sure what to do next

Call Xerox. The Corporation needs to take responsibility for selling a machine that has toner available. //They should tell you where to get the toner or provide some for you. Start out nice but don't let the push you around; insist if you need to. Xerox can't sell a machine with no toner.
