If you don't rely on getting its manual online. Try hitting the Pause/Break keyboard button upon booting up during POST then ENTER button to continue PAUSE-ENTER to view the SETUP button to press. This usually shows during POST but coz its fast we usually didn't catch or notice it.

What is a wep key and how do I get one

A WEP key is the code key that you setup in your wireless router. Before anyone can connect to your router using the WEP protocol the unit that wants to connect has to send the router that code key. Check the setup screen on your router to get the key. Then go into the wireless setup of the DS and enter the key in the appropriate place. You should then be able to connect.
