BIG SCREEN PROBLEM

- Hello T,
Thank you very much for the response. Your help in this matter is truly appreciated. I will get back to you will the info later today. I have some more info on my problem. After seeing the arc coming from the "spark plug cap" as I call it, I replaced it with one I recovered from another RCA tv, This remedied the problem for about 4 hours only to have the arcing problem return with the new part. I cleaned the area real well with alchohol but didn't apply the silicone stuff cause I didn't have any. Also , I broke the shield that covered the cap but I replaced it with a thick rubber piece I made.Will this rubber piece be enough?. Again thanx for the respomse and I look foward to fixing this problem ..
