This phone is a windows mobile 6 device and uses active sync for XP and Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 for vista

You must have either ActiveSync (for Windows XP) or Windows Mobile Device Handler (for Vista and 7) running, in order to synchronize your WM phone. You can download any of them from this location.

The HTC Touch P3450 (as most all HTC Phones) uses either, ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center
depending on whether your PC's OS is Windows XP or Vista.

There isn't one.
If you have Windows XP, Google "Microsoft Activesync", download and install it.
If you have Windows Vista Google, "Windows Mobile Device Center", download and install it.
These free Microsoft applications allow all Windows Mobile phones and PDAs to connect and sync with your Windows PC.
