Question about Philips SA3025/37 Flash MP3 Player
I do not think there is a problem with the player but all I can think is there could be some drivers missing on your Windows.
Alternatively can you connect the player to a different PC and see whether it works?
Also can you please check whether any drivers (USB) need to be updated on the device manager?
