No functions and no display on a Samsung microwave cp1395

If it is an led display, it might have a display driver integrated circuit that has gone bad. More likely, though the driver might be part of the microprocessor. Either way, you'll either need to have an electronics technician fix it, or replace the circuit board.

nous avions une erreur 32 sur notre four

ce n'etait pas l'element damper ci-dessus (test? manuellement)

nous avons trouv? la cause un peu par hasard : en appuyant tres tres fort sur le plateau interieur l'erreur 32 disparaissait et le four refonctionnait qqles secondes

donc :
debrancher le four
demontage de la tole de dessous le four
demontage de la piece qui detecte la presence (ou qui mesure - tres mal - le poids) : 3 vis
Sans lui debrancher ses fils electriques

avec un petit boulon par exemple et un serre joint : ecraser doucement le centre du capteur

poser le capteur er le serre joint derriere le four et remonter le four

rebrancher

ca marche

sans l'option mesure de poids mais comme c'est une fonction qui ?est pas au point c'est pas grave

You may need to replace the keypad. I found there was moisture causing the problem when we boiled water on the right side of our stove which is under the keypad. I let the microwave dry out for several days and now only use the left side of stove when we boil water and have not had the problem.

how can i fix this problem i have an air conditioner whit the same problem and don t work please help me here are very hot

I had the same issue on a 2010 smh9151w samsung microwave after installing it and using it with no problem for 5 days. The second time we unplugged the microwave and turned the circuit breaker off and on we didn't reset the clock on the microwave so the display shows :0 and it has been working for 7 days straight now. Fingers crossed that this is a long term solution. Hope this helps. Thanks!

Try pressing clear/stop twice before entering the time.

There is two posibilities, iether the transformer, is not working or the magnatron, there are very expensive, if all the functions are working then there should be an errror code on display

1 Press the Sound button. The display shows "ON".
("START" will flash)
2 Press the Sound button to turn the volume off. The display shows:
"OFF".("START" will flash)
3 Press Start. The display returns to the time of day.
