How do I put a SIM card in my X10 - Cell Phones

You should have tried getting the unlock code calling the service provider it is locked with . After 90 days the service providers are entitled to give the code . As its covered i suggest you get back to them .

contact whatever carrier you bought the sim card from, they usually lock the sim to one phone to prevent users from upgrading without paying them. once you contact them they will either unlock it or sell you a separate unlocked plan and give you a new sim that you can use with whatever phone you like.

Yes it is possible to get a bigger memory card.

I think Sony say the X10 will accept a 16gb card but I have heard of people using a 32gb card.

The X10 uses MicroSD cards and are situated under the battery cover on the opposite side to the sim card. :)

hi try the following

1 remove sim card and put it back in
2 try nother sim card as yours may have been blocked

usually phones give that message when sim card is either damaged,loose not fitted properly or the sim has been cancelled so contact your service provider and ask if its blocked if its not the the sim card reader in the phone is damaged and would need replacing.

Contacts, Hit the options key (The one on the left with 4 dots) then Backup, and choose Sim Card

its better to ask your customer care for your pin recovery .

When in the phone book:

Press the menu button (far left) > More > Back up contacts > SIM card
