Microsoft Outlook is an email program that you download onto
your computer and then use to send and receive emails.
You can write emails offline and send them when you have a
connection.
As long as you have Microsoft Outlook installed on your
computer, you can access your account very easily.
If you want to access it on another account, all you need to
do is download the program.
Double click on the "Microsoft Outlook" icon on your desktop, or find
it in your program files.
It usually looks like a mailbox with a letter sticking out
of it.
Input your email or user name, depending on the version
you are using, and input your password when prompted.

Windows Live is a group of services offered by Microsoft on

Users can sign up for Windows Live and access all of the
services, including a calendar, messenger, social groups and parental controls.
When signing up for Windows Live, new users can choose to
create a free Live.com email address.
Navigate to the Windows Live sign-up page.

Type a screen name in the "Windows Live ID" box
and click "Check Availability" to see if the name is in use.
Choose the name carefully as this will be your email

Choose "live.com" in the drop-down menu next to

Fill Out the rest of the information on the sign-up page and
click "I Accept" to complete the registration of your live.com email
address.
Click "Mail" on your profile page to access your
new live.com email account.
Create A Yahoo Email Address
Yahoo offers free email accounts with add-ons such as a
calendar, notepad and an automatic organizer.
Your Yahoo account is Web-based, so you can access your
messages anywhere you have an Internet connection.
Once you complete the simple one-page registration form, you
will also have access to all of Yahoo's features.
You can use your new email address to sign into Flickr,
Yahoo Answers, Messenger and a variety of games and fantasy sports leagues.
Click the "Sign Up" link that appears below the "Sign In"
option on the Yahoo homepage to create a new account.
Enter your name, gender, address and birth date on the appropriate
lines.
Choose your Yahoo username.
Your username will also be your email address.
Make sure "Yahoo.com" is selected from the
drop-down list next to the email address.
Click the "Check" button to see if your desired
email address is available.
Enter your desired password on both of the required lines.
The password must be typed exactly the same on both lines.
You will see a "Password Strength" bar indicating
how difficult your password will be for a hacker to guess.
Select a "secret question" from the drop-down
menu.
Yahoo will use this question to verify your identity if you
lose your password.
Enter the answer to the question you chose from the menu.
Repeat this process to choose your second "secret
question" and answer.
There is also an optional line where you can enter an
alternate email address for Yahoo to send you password resetting instructions.
Enter the letters and numbers displayed in the image on the
screen into the "image verification" line.
This proves that you are a human and not an automated script
designed to open new Yahoo accounts.
Click the "Create My Account" button when you are
finished completing all of the input boxes. You will then see your account
details displayed on the screen.
You can print this page for your records, if needed.
Click "Continue" to proceed to your new email
account.

New Gmail Address
Gmail is a free Web mail service from Google that allows you
to send and receive email.
Gmail features 5 gigabytes (GB) of storage and a patented
search tool that allows you to easily search through and find individual
emails.
Setting up Gmail accounts is easy and there is no limit to
the number of Gmail accounts that you are allowed to have.
When you sign up for a Gmail account, you are also signing
up for a Google account which will give you access to various Google products
including iGoogle, Google Groups, Google Alerts, Google Product Search Shopping
List and Personalized Search.
Open your Web browser and go to the Gmail website.
Click the link "Create an account."
Type the requested information in the appropriate fields.
Check the availability of your desired log in name by
clicking "Check Availability."
If the user name you selected is not available, try another
log in name.
Gmail will also suggest alternative email addresses that are
currently available.
Click "I accept. Create my account."
Verify your telephone number.
Gmail requires a telephone verification to help prevent spam
and fraudulent use of Gmail's service.
You can choose to receive a voice call from Google or a text
message on your United States based cellular telephone.
Type you telephone number and click "Send verification
code to my mobile phone."
Check your mobile
phone for your verification code or answer your telephone and write down the
verification code given in the recorded message.
Type the verification code in the text field labeled
"Enter your code" and click "Verify."
Wait while Gmail sets up your new account.
Click the button "Show me my account."
You can now send and receive emails using your new Gmail
account.
