Fuser Error is not getting reset.
Try to look into the Right Door SWITCH which is located behind the Front Toner Door.
U need to remove front cover and u will find switch back of steel cover.
check the actuation once u close right side door, it might not be on or off by opening and closing right door..

I live in a new 500 home subdivision. The contractor ordered all Whirlpool Gold products including Electric and Electric/Gas Ranges. Many of my neighbors' panels have gone out! I'm talking about epedemic trouble. My son has had his oven panel (separate from stovetop) fail within the first year. Thank God it was under warranty...this is not a cheap replacement (he had the sensor touch pad. I just had my oven pad fail. I tried to set the clock for Daylight Savings and found out half my panel is out! The fix is a replacement of the panel. Depending on which model (push or sensor) look to spend at least a couple of hundred bucks. We have the Whirlpool Gold microwave panel and so far so good. My neighbor and my son's both went out! They just tossed the two year old products and replaced them with another brand. Sorry to break you the news...class action anyone?

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.

After replacing the fuser unit, if you got a c0501 code you must open the front door where the toner is. On the right side (hinge side) next to the black toner and drum unit there is a plastic pannel/cover. In the lower portion of that pannel there is a hole where a trouble reset switch is loacted. With a flashlight you may be able to see it. You are ment to use a thin screw driver or the like to push the button. You do this while the machein is on and desplaying the code. As soon as you press the button the copier will clear the code and start warming up. Thats it! If you are un certin of the button placement you can take out three screws from the pannel and loosen one screw from the pannel above it and and pull the pannel off the unit. You will see the board and it is the button on the (left), as there are two of them. Tho you only have access to the one thru the cover.

Initial Actions
• Remove all Drum Cartridges.
• Perform REP 1.6.
Procedure
The machine is a DC3535.

Enter dC330 [004-003] and press Start. The Drum Motor energizes and the drives
rotate.

Go to Figure 1 of this procedure and measure voltage between the Drum Motor P/
J210-4 (+) and GND (-). +5 VDC is measured.

Go to Figure 3 of the +5 VDC Wirenets and troubleshoot the problem.
Go to Figure 1 of this procedure and measure voltage between the Drum Motor P/
Replace Drum Motor (PL 1.1).

Turn off the main power switch located inside front door. Then holding down the utility/counter button turn the main power switch on. Close front door you must keep the utility button down also make sure that the sub power switch is on. This is the switch on the side of the control panel. The screen will show TROUBLE RESET touch it see OK then power off. YOU MUST WAIT TEN SECONDS BEFORE POWERING UP AGAIN!!!!!! If the problem goes away OK. If the code comes back you need a Fusing unit High Current Device for the fusing unit. Which will be expensive!!! Sorry :( DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET THE MACHINE THE MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!! hope this helps
