SOURCE: York 3phase compressor tripping on low currant microprocessor.

If the unit is single phasing this is not good for the compressor. Does the system have a phase monitor? If not I would suggest you put one in to save thousands of dollars on the replacement of the compressor. How is the oil level? I ask because this are not to run themselves out of oil.

SOURCE: i have low suction problem in my yciv chiller

Low suction pressure normally , happens when the system go low in refrigrant . but some times it happens if on of your drain or feed valves malfunction , cause of a mechanical or electrical problem with one of the valves. or error , that you read on the display the valve is open ...percent . but realy it is not.

How to solve unsafe suction pressure in chillar

Can you elaborate? What kind of a chiller is it? Recip, screw, centrifugal? Air cooled, water cooled? How many tons? What refrigerant? What are you considering to be an unsafe suction pressure? What’s the superheat and subcooling? EXV? TXV?

My point is, absolutely no way anyone can help a generic question on a complicate system such as a chiller.

What is the low pressure for a 410a 3 1/2 York when is 90temp at fh outside.

The outside ambient temp has little effect on the suction pressure. The indoor temp is what will slightly effect the suction pressure. In the trade we say we want a 40 degree evap coil, this means approximately 125psi. This is when the indoor temp is around 74 to 78 degrees. The hotter the house, the higher the pressure. I like to see a 50 degree evaporator when the indoor temp is above 80. Charging by subcooling is the way to go!!

York chiller YDAJ model chiller compressor trips in low oil pressure after running for sometime. To solve it i changed the oil & the oil transducer but still tripping what can i do

You could be light on charge or the oil pump is failing. There may be a delay setting that is set incorrectly. I see that with several 507 systems.
