I don't know what you mean by "xerox printer driver"...heer's a link for the DP8016P Driver download page if that's what you mean:

Panasonic WORKiO DP-8016 can be used with Windows 7 System. You need to download and install Windows 7 Drivers. Also, User's Manual & Driver's and installation can be download from the official support site. Windows 7 Drivers and all instructions are available here.
