Question about Microsoft Outlook 2002 Step by Step for PC
If you are using Windows mail, goto Tools, then Accounts. You will see your server address displayed there.
If your server address is www.xxx.com, then your email server would be mail.xxx.com. If you click on the Properties and click on the SERVERS tab, you will see something like this:
Incoming mail server (POP3) mail.xxx.com
Outgoing Mail server (SMTP) mail.xxx,com.
Sometimes it may be different, you have to check with your Internet service provider.
Hope this will work for you.

Every E-mail service has different setting. You need to contact or check the web site of that company that provides the E-mail. If it's Comcast, check their page. If it's a smaller company, check their web site for the settings. There are no standard settings.
