Question about Apple iPod nano 4th Generation
I can't even stroll down to change the music or check videos. It just freeze, When I charge it, it stay on the dark screen with the apple symbol. When I listen to music or watch video it freeze on me. I have to wait until battery die out... Help someone....
Try the button combination : menu button and center button together for 5 sec. That will hard reset your iPod (make sure it's not on hold when you do that.) If that doesn't work, Take it to the Apple store first. Only if you're not under warranty, you should try a firmware restore using iTunes. If that doesn't help it's a hardware issue with your logic board. The logic board can be replaced by a tech savy user and the part is available on common auction websites. There are ipod nano 4G Repair guides that show you how to do the replacement step by step.

In all honesty since apple is cranking out IPods like hotcakes your going to have to call the repair line or use https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do;jsessionid=94333AA7B7D80ACFAF859E8CFDAD13DB or find a site similar to that and get them to repair it or they will just send you a new one.
