Samsung sp50L2hx no picture

the lamp light and the temp light will flash after a min or so. manual says that filter is not installed correctly. but i checked it. it is fine little dirty so i cleaned it. I took the cover off of the back when i turned the tv on i looked in the back where the lamp is and the lite clicks on for a few seconds and go's off and that is when the lights on the front start to flash.
