I have the V170 phone and had the "Max Call Numbers are Reached" message. I removed the battery and sim card then put them back in. When I powered up the phone I had to reset the date and time but the message was gone. My phone numbers were still in the phone. Everything seems to work fine now. Hope this helps

Just go to call settings and then call divert. check settings. Maybe all calls are diverted to voice mails. Cancell all diverts. Then you are done.

Absolutely, what you need to do first though, is have your IMEI and SIM serial numbers handy from the first phone. Simply push the center, round button in the middle of the top array, and it should open to Prepaid, select that and go to the 2cd option which is IMEI and select that, and write down that number. Then do the same thing with the 3rd option, which is SIM. Once you have those 2 numbers in hand, do the same ith your new phone. Once done, call the 1 800 number for your area and speak with a represenative and they will walk you through the rest of the proscess and add your existing minutes to your new phone.

If its a new tracfone you can do it online at tracfone.com when you activate it otherwise just call customer care they will do it for you. I did it the other day.
